Golf Gives Back Helps Family Matters!
United Leasing, Inc. is proud to sponsor the United Leasing Championship at Victoria National, an official event of the PGA TOUR. The tournament will be at Victoria National from June 24-30, 2013. The PGA TOUR prides itself on giving back to the communities in which its events are held. Beginning April 15 and continuing through June 23, 2013, Family Matters will have the opportunity to raise money through the innovative Gold Gives Back program. All you need to do is visit www.ulcgolf.com to purchase your full-week pass and select Family Matters from the drop down menu of charitable options. The price of the ticket, less applicable processing fees, will be donated back to Family Matters. You print your own ticket and head to Victoria National to watch some great gold! It's that simple! Thank you for supporting Family Matters!!!

Do you know about the many programs Family Matters directs or takes part in, such as...
- Fit for the Future: our mission is to expand opportunities and promote awareness of physical activity and proper nutrition for Posey County residents. We meet monthly to address these issues. Call Beth at 838-6875 to join us!
- Safe Sleeping Crib Campaign: we can provide portable infant cribs and information about keeping babies safe during sleep time
- Operation Mt. Vernon Pride: Helping low-income homeowners improve their homes by providing basic maintenance assistance; volunteers provide the labor, and the family repays the cost of the materials through a small, monthly payment.
- Lights on After School: we schedule monthly Parent University classes helping parents gain information to questions about raising happy, healthy children.
- Community Gardens: We have built, thanks to a grant from the Welborn Baptist Foundation, eight square-foot gardens in Mt. Vernon. If you would like to help maintain them, please let me know!!
